The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is intended to provide greater rights of access to information held by certain public authorities. Tayside Valuation Joint Board and Tayside Assessor are required to produce Publication Schemes dealing with the availability of information in their possession. These Schemes are available by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.

Requests for other information not dealt with in the Schemes may also be made and a Request Form is available via the link below. Certain information may be withheld where it is considered that statutory exemptions apply.
