Polling Stations will be open for the Scottish Parliament elections on Thursday 6 May 2021 and will be following all public health advice with appropriate hygiene and physical distancing measures in place.
In the current circumstances, particularly in relation to the COVID pandemic, you may be thinking about voting by post. If you wish a postal vote you must get your completed postal vote application form to us by 5.00pm on 6 April 2021. It would be helpful if you could apply as soon as possible, or at least well in advance of the deadline.

Completing the Form
Please note that you will need to complete the form in BLACK ink and either return by post to the Electoral Registration Officer at the address listed below, or you can scan the completed form and send the image by email to email@example.com
If you wish to vote by post but have not yet registered as an elector at your address, please visit www.gov.uk/register-to-vote and follow the instructions.
Applications to register to vote should only take a few minutes to complete but you will need to know your National Insurance number in order to complete your registration application.
