Applications to be included in the Register of Electors in time to vote at this election should be submitted to the Electoral Registration Officer by Wednesday, 31 AUGUST 2011.

Postal Voting

Applications for a new postal vote or to change or cancel an existing postal vote or proxy arrangement must be submitted by 5.00pm on Wednesday, 31 AUGUST 2011.

Proxy Voting

The deadline for new applications to vote by proxy (not postal proxy), except for medical emergencies, is 5.00pm on Wednesday, 7 SEPTEMBER 2011.
